Krav Maga is for everyone at all fitness levels. Not everyone has the same type of conditioning or strength, but everyone needs to be able to defend themselves and their loved ones.
I'VE TRAINED KRAV MAGA ELSEWHERE, CAN I JUMP IN WHERE I LEFT OFF?
As curriculum differs between training centers, we operate on a case by case basis. You’ll be evaluated by our instructors to determine where it’s best for you to resume your training.
